We have several very competitive loan options available for you:  A 85% LTV 35 year term-fixed rate of 2.6%; if green construction, a further 25 bps reduction. This loan is non-recourse with no balloon; no loan covenants. It allows for an open prepay after 10- years (more flexibility is available). Funding lead time is six months. For loans $1mm to $7.5mm: 5 yr fixed rate 3.14% to 3.61%: 10 yr 3.14% to 3.89% with financing  up to 80% of the current appraised value of the property with a 30 year amortization. Non-recourse . Partial and full interest only available. Normal processing time for loan funding is 60 days. 10 year fixed rate 3.29% no loan maximum. Partial and full interest only available. Commercial loans

On Class A properties, we  offer you a 10 year fixed rate as low as 3.29% with financing  up to 75% of the current appraised value of your property with a 30 year amortization. An interest only option also available. No personal guarantees are required as we look the property not you the borrower. Normal processing time for loan funding is 60 days.  We also have a no prepayment penalty loan option. No matter what type of loan you want we have a program to fill your need.
